TERMS & CONDITIONS
By registering for the Barber Competition, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₦5,000 is required. Payment must be made before approval. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances including withdrawal, disqualification, or event cancellation.
2. Eligibility: Open to practicing barbers with valid skills. All information provided must be accurate. The organizers reserve the right to verify details and disqualify false submissions.
3. Confirmation: Registration is only valid after form submission, payment, and sending proof of payment plus portfolio (images/videos) via WhatsApp.
4. Barbing Kit: Participants must come with complete personal barbing tools including clippers, trimmers, combs, brushes, shaving tools, and accessories. No tools will be provided.
5. Punctuality: Late arrival may result in penalties or disqualification. Absence results in forfeiture without refund.
6. Conduct: Professional behavior is required. Any misconduct, violence, cheating, or disruption leads to immediate disqualification.
7. Judging: Judges’ decisions are final and binding. No disputes or interference will be allowed.
8. Media Use: Participants agree that photos/videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
9. Liability: Organizers are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury before, during, or after the event.
10. Changes: Organizers may modify rules, reschedule, or cancel the event if necessary.
11. Agreement: By registering, you confirm full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
